Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing or using our Products. By using LeadWise's Products, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Products.
By accessing or using our Products, creating an account, starting a free trial, or subscribing to our Products, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that you accept these Terms in full.
If you are using LeadWise on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a notice on our platform. Continued use of our Products after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Your Subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to access and use our Products for your own professional development for as long as your Subscription remains active. This licence ends when your Subscription ends, whether through cancellation, non-renewal, or termination under these Terms.
Free trial: new Subscriptions begin with a 14-day free trial. No payment is taken and no credit card is required to start. You may cancel at any time during the free trial at no cost, and you will not be charged.
Right of withdrawal: if you add payment details and your Subscription converts to a paid plan, and you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from that paid contract within 14 days of the paid Subscription beginning, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
Exception: by continuing to access LeadWise content after your paid Subscription begins, you expressly request that we begin providing the digital content and coaching services immediately. You acknowledge that this may affect your right of withdrawal in relation to the period of service already provided, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Where withdrawal remains available, we will refund any amount already charged, less a reasonable amount for services already provided up to the point you notified us of your withdrawal.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, or to cancel your Subscription at any time, see Section 13 (Termination and Cancellation).
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using our Products, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
We are committed to GDPR compliance and will handle your data with care. The AI Coach is powered by Google's AI infrastructure. Your coaching conversations are used to provide the service and are not used to train Google's external models.

We will make reasonable efforts to ensure our platform is available and functioning correctly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance that causes temporary unavailability and will aim to notify users in advance.
The Lisa AI management coach uses artificial intelligence to provide coaching guidance. By using the AI Coach, you acknowledge and agree that:
In compliance with the EU AI Act, we confirm that the Lisa AI Coach is not a high-risk AI system as defined under that regulation.
All content on our platform — including but not limited to text, audio, exercises, the self-assessment framework, the 360° feedback framework, the 12 behaviours model, your 90-day roadmap, branding, and software — is the intellectual property of LeadWise B.V. and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws.
You are granted a personal, non-commercial licence to use the content for your own development. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or commercialise any part of our content without our prior written consent.
We provide our Products in good faith and aim to ensure they are accurate, up to date and effective. However, we make no warranty that:
To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LeadWise B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our Products.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our Products shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LeadWise B.V. and its officers, employees and agents from any claims, damages, losses or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our Products.
We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, cyberattacks, government action, or failure of third-party infrastructure.
You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account settings in the LeadWise app, or through the App Store or Google Play if that is where you subscribed. Cancelling stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period, unless you qualify under the right of withdrawal (Section 4).
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your licence to use our content ends and you must cease all use of our platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Utrecht, The Netherlands.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We may amend these Terms from time to time. We will give you reasonable notice of material changes by email or via a notice on our platform. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at www.leadwise.app/terms-conditions.
